A valid driver’s license. Acceptable licenses include those issued by the U.S., Canada, or Mexico. An International Driver’s Permit and your home country’s license is required for anyone visiting from countries other than the three listed above. Customers may not rent a vehicle solely with the International Driver's Permit. The International Driver's Permit is a translation of the individual's home country driver's license and is not considered a license nor is it considered valid identification. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old to rent a 15-passenger van. Renters between the ages of 23 and 24 are eligible to rent, but a $20 per day young renter fee will apply.

Yes, customers must use their own auto insurance to cover the rental. However, if your policy only includes liability coverage, or if you would like additional protection for the rented vehicle, you may purchase Collision Coverage through us. This coverage provides up to $35,000.00 in damage protection after a $1,000.00 deductible.The coverage can be added during Step 3 of the reservation process under “Extras.” The current rate is $34.99 per day.

Most auto insurance policies cover rented vehicles. You should always verify with your auto insurance company that your insurance will transfer to the rental before completing the reservation

Yes, we have a $200 security deposit. This security deposit is placed as a hold on the card on file the day before pick up and releaase upon return.

To reduce expenses and keep our prices competitive, we do not have an office. We have our vehicles in a storage parking location and take reservations and payments online or over the phone. We meet our customer at our storage location on the date and time designated to pick up and/or return the vehicle.

300 free miles per day are included on every rental. Additional miles are charged at 40 cents per mile. Example: For a 4-day rental the total of included miles are 1,200. If the total mileage upon rental completion is 2,000, then difference will be the additional miles (2,000-1,200=800). Then the 800 additonal miles will be charged at 40 cents per mile (800x0.40=$320.00.

Renters might cancel their reservation at any time. A full day rental day will be charged in the event of a cancellation.

Yes, we offer long-term rentals. Prices will be determined by the lenght of the rental period.

At this moment we do not have enough space for costumers to park their vehicles while renting a van.

Yes. However, you CAN NOT travel outside the United States without having our in-written consent.

Yes, we provide discounts for rentals lasting seven (7) days or more. and for long term rentals.

Yes, you can add up to 2 additional drivers at no extra cost as long as those drivers are included on your vehicle insurance.
